I have a 3 bedroom house located in Ozark, MO. It has a 2 car garage and a fenced in back yard. I am needing a roommate who is tidy and able to pay rent in a timely manner. I would prefer no animals as I already have 2 dogs and a kitten. I am selling the house so the roommate would need to be comfortable with my realtor showing it every once in a while.
